The Project: Train the Trainers: Its up to me
It’s up to me is a holistic approach to train and mentor highly skilled trainers that are going to work transferring know-how, organizing and delivering high-quality projects with young people. During the training participants learn how to design projects and activities, they discover tools and methods available, and work on mastering their soft skills. The ultimate goal is to contribute towards raising the quality of the Erasmus+ projects that are going to be organized in the future, but also to improve the overall quality of youth work. Each year the project has an underlying topic that addresses some burning issue in our societies.

The Organisation: NaturKultur e.V.
NaturKultur e.V. is a youth association that was founded in North-West Germany and is now located in Bremen, Wiefelstede/Oldenburg and Osterholz-Scharmbeck in 2011. The name Natur (nature) represents the physical world including all living things as well as the land and the oceans. Kultur (culture) is the totality of socially transmitted behaviour patterns, arts, beliefs, institutions, and all other products of human work and thought. As an organisation, we aim towards being the synergy between these two terms in all that we do.
We provide local youth work activities, youth exchanges, training and networking courses, short and long term volunteering, community-based projects, and opportunities to work and develop.

Learning Management System: School NaturKultur
- NaturKultur e.V. developed its own learning management system (LMS) called school.naturkultur. The system provides another dimension to the learning experiences that we provide, by offering the opportunity to create a hub of resources, insights, and outcomes of our educational experiences. The LMS provides our participants to learn on their own pace, document their learning progress, and exchange ideas with others. This enriches the learning experience and supports individuals in their continuous learning development.
