Train the Trainers: Its up to me (11th edition)

This course is open to participants in the 10th edition of the "Its Up To Me" training of trainers organized by NaturKultur e.V. from Germany.

The course consists of preparation tasks, assignments, reflection questions, and materials used throughout the project.

This project will contribute to raising the quality of future Erasmus + projects, developing organizational capacity, and improving the quality of youth work in general. The workshops selected are based on the different competences from the Trainers competence model (European Training Strategy).

It consists of two training activities that will take place in Bremen, Germany: 15.- 23.06.2026 and 12. - 17.12.2026

Between the two courses, there will be a structured coaching and mentoring process. The participants will work on developing their competences while organizing local projects and activities that we will design during the first course. Their learning will be supported by the trainers and with materials and resources from the Trainers Library (www.trainerslibrary.org).
